Appointment Policy

I welcome all kind people. Please note that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy and fee, which is required to pre-book another appointment. No food or animals allowed. Children cannot roam outside of studio without constant adult supervision for their safety and for salon etiquette. Drinks are okay. Reschedule if sick or allergy symptoms. Allergy symptoms can also be COVID. If you have any symptoms upon arrival, your service will be rescheduled with a reschedule fee. Please don't risk it. Late arrivals will be charged full price for booked appointment plus additional overtime fee based on additional minutes...or we may have to pass on the scalp massage. Arrive on time!  I'm super friendly and was raised to love everyone without judgment. I welcome all people.  No Wheelchair access.
